What is Executive Coaching?

An executive coach facilitates the client in solving problems and achieving results using active listening and non-directive questioning.  This approach allows the client to use their own knowledge and skills to make decisions, solve problems, and get results.  Coaching is holistic and includes all aspects of a person’s life.  Some benefits reported in a survey of 2165 coaching clients from 64 countries included the following*:

·      61% improved both personal organization and business management

·      57% improved time management

·      51% improved team effectiveness.

Most participants enjoyed their experience evidenced by 96% stating they would repeat their coaching experience.  In terms of return on investment (ROI), for individuals who invested in coaching, the ROI is approximately 3.44 times the amount spent; for companies, the ROI is 7 times the amount spent*.  There are few interventions that are this impactful!
